Greetings -

My folks have always enjoyed traveling especially to mountain destinations.  Lake Tahoe was a favorite as was Big Sur. We rented vacations homes in Lake Tahoe and even thought of living there full time, but dad's obligations keep us from moving 10 hours away up north. 

Lake Arrowhead became the ideal location. Within an hour and a half from our home in Sierra Madre, we had it all - 4 seasons, blue skies, a sparkling lake and all within an alpine setting of tall pines and cedars. The small town environment was about half the population of Sierra Madre at about 6000 full-time happy people sharing the same appreciation of living exactly where they want to live.

Now almost 40 years later having enjoyed the last 31 living full time in Lake Arrowhead, I caught up with mom and dad last night testing their new Teardrop trailer. The inaugural outing was 27 miles up the road in Big Bear where I toured the world's smallest trailer and then roasted a few hot dogs and marshmellows.

Driving home thinking of all the different activities these mountains have to offer and the quality of life one could expect either as a part-timer or a full-time resident. Some of my neighbors might want to keep this a secret, but in my business, I feel very fortunate to share the dream. Call us today!
