We had a 1964 Century my dad bought from Harry at the marina probably around 1980 when they moved up here full-time from Sierra Madre. I know first hand wooden boats require more maintenance and for dad it was a labor of love. But boy it looked good on the lake as we put it to the test over the years water skiing, fishing and speeding around Lake Arrowhead even sinking the boat once after a exceptionally active summer.
